* I only accept paypal, to which my paypal address will be sent to you upon commissioning me :3
* I require payment upfront before I start drawing.  If for some reason I am unable to complete the piece a full refund will be given without question. :3  -- If the piece is completed and there is complete unsatisfactory with final product we can discuss options, %50 is the max refund on completed art.
* Time frame varies between 1 to 3 weeks depending on communication between me and the commissioner.  I like to give WIP's and having them approved at the sketch and lined stages.  At these points the commissioner can ask for adjustments or changes to the piece before it's finalized. <3
